Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

Please be aware:

• Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  

• You will be charged for postage & card transaction fee's if returning an item.
  

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the same payment method used for the order.
