Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to:

• Cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.

• Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the same payment method used for the order.
